Privacy Policy
Last updated May 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information ArchiBook collects when you use our application or website (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Account data. When you create an account we store your email address and an internal user identifier. If you sign in anonymously we store an anonymous identifier and a per-device id used to enforce free-tier limits.
Usage data. We collect basic, non-identifying analytics about how the app is used (page views, button taps, crash reports) to improve the product.
Subscription data. When you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store, we receive a transaction identifier and entitlement status from Apple via RevenueCat. We do not receive your payment card information.
Device identifiers. On iOS we generate a stable device identifier and persist it in the system Keychain to prevent repeated free-trial abuse.
2. How We Use Information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Service
- To authenticate you and protect against fraud and abuse
- To grant entitlements purchased through Apple
- To send transactional emails (e.g. account verification)
- To comply with legal obligations
3. Sharing
We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the Service:
- Supabase — managed database, authentication, and file storage
- Apple — App Store subscription processing
- RevenueCat — subscription state synchronization
We do not sell personal data.
4. Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@archibook.app. Anonymous device identifiers are retained for up to 24 months to prevent free-trial abuse.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights contact us at the email above.
6. Children
ArchiBook is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data in transit (TLS) and at rest. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
8. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Wherever data is processed, we apply the protections described in this Policy.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in the app.
