Terms of Service

Welcome to ArchiBook. By downloading, accessing, or using the ArchiBook application or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ArchiBook is an editorial pocket encyclopedia of architects, styles, movements, and buildings. Content is provided for personal, non-commercial reference only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ArchiBook. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You may sign in anonymously; anonymous accounts are subject to usage limits and may be removed at any time.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to (a) reverse engineer the Service, (b) scrape or republish content, (c) attempt to bypass usage limits, or (d) use the Service to violate any law.

6. Intellectual Property

All ArchiBook content, branding, and code is owned by ArchiBook or its licensors. Reference imagery and biographical material may be sourced from public archives (including Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons) and remains under its respective license.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ArchiBook does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of editorial content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArchiBook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
